Where are Zenahair products made?

All Zenahair products are proudly developed and tested in the Netherlands, following strict European cosmetic standards.

Are your products suitable for all hair types?

Yes! Our Zena Hair Oil is suitable for all hair types: curly, straight, thick, or fine. It balances the scalp and strengthens hair from root to tip.

How often should I use the hair oil?

For best results, apply 2–3 times per week. Massage into the scalp, leave for 30 minutes (or overnight), then rinse thoroughly.

What are the shipping costs?
  • Free shipping on all orders above €100.
  • Orders under €100 have a small delivery fee, which is automatically shown at checkout.
  • International orders may have slightly higher shipping rates. You’ll see the exact amount during checkout.
Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your Zenahair package every step of the way.

Return & refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return unopened Zenahair products within14 daysof delivery. Please note thatreturn shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we’ve received and checked your returned product, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

International orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Zenahair ships across Europe and selected international regions. Shipping costs vary slightly by country and are automatically displayed at checkout.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Orders within the EU arefree of customs fees. For countries outside the EU, local duties may apply these are paid by the recipient.

Are Zenahair products tested for safety?

Yes. All Zenahair formulas are CPNP registered, laboratory tested in Europe, andcompliant with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC 1223/2009).

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

Zenahair is proudly cruelty-freeandvegan-friendly.

Do the oils make my hair greasy?

No, when used correctly, our oils absorb quickly and leave a healthy shine without residue. Apply a small amount to scalp and lengths for best balance.
