Return and Refund Policy

We want youto love your Zenahair experience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain unopened.Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted due to health protection and hygiene reasons, and will therefore not be refunded.

Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit.
